Terms of use

Last updated October 10, 2026

luv.tv is voice-only blind dating. These terms are the deal between you and us. They're written plainly on purpose.

Who can use luv.tv

How it works

We pair you with one person at a time, on a seven-minute voice call, based on the passions you share. Photos are only exchanged if you've both said yes, three calls in. We don't promise you a match, a call on any given night, or a relationship.

How you treat people

The whole product depends on people feeling safe talking to a stranger. So you agree not to:

Safety, reports and bans

You can report or block anyone you've been on a call with. Reporting always blocks them from being matched with you again. We review reports, and we may suspend or ban an account, without warning, when we believe it breaks these terms or puts someone at risk.

Meeting in person is your choice and your responsibility. Meet somewhere public, tell a friend, and leave if you feel unsafe.

What you share with us

You keep ownership of what you give us: your voice sample, any photo, and your passions. You let us store and use it only to run luv.tv for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Texts and email

If you turn on texts, we'll send up to 5 texts on nights your rooms open, about your calls only. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Luv Dr

Luv Dr is an AI coach. Its advice is for fun and reflection, not professional, medical, legal, or crisis help. If you're in danger, contact local emergency services.

Ending things

You can stop using luv.tv at any time. Email us to delete your account. We may end or change the service, or your access to it.

The legal bits

luv.tv is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for how other people behave on or off the service. If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll tell you before it applies.
